Ned Lucks Appointed as Chief Technology Officer

Blue Tent is pleased to announce the appointment of Ned Lucks as Chief Technology Officer, effective May 28, 2013. The appointment of Lucks, a Principal of Lucks Digital, solidifies Blue Tent’s strengthened focus toward providing innovative online marketing solutions for small to mid-sized businesses across the U.S.

Lucks, with Lucks Digital Inc., has been a respected partner of Blue Tent Marketing for more than eight years. His depth of knowledge and extensive experience has recharged and energized the entire web development team at Blue Tent. As Chief Technology Officer, Lucks is responsible for leading the Technology and Software/Product Development components of Blue Tent Marketing, as well as managing the web development process and all software / product development projects. Additionally, Lucks will guide the development of new processes and systems to help maximize Blue Tent’s effectiveness and efficiency.

A native of Carbondale, Colo. and a graduate of Aspen High School, Lucks holds a bachelor’s degree in Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University. Lucks has developed client-server applications, websites, web applications, and web services in a variety of industries for nearly 20 years. Blue Tent is pleased that Lucks has joined the firm as CTO and welcomes the opportunities that his expertise brings to the entire team.

Outside of work, Lucks enjoys spending time with his family and experiencing the many majesties of the mountains through cycling, skiing, and camping, and he considers the valley one of the most beautiful places in the world to call home.
