About this position:

Bluetent is seeking a high-energy and dynamic Marketing Manager to join the the team. This marketer will be a trusted advisor to the business and be responsible for developing marketing and lead generation strategies for Bluetent’s products and services. The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing, as well as collaborates with all department leaders at Bluetent. This person is responsible for significantly increasing brand awareness, further solidifying our position as a leader in the vacation rental industry and rapidly accelerating demand for Bluetent’s products and services.  The Marketing Manager is also responsible for running day to day marketing operations to support the goals and mission of Bluetent.

An ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter, have extensive experience in B2B and product and service marketing, creative and able to think outside the box, an exceptional communicator, proactive, and able to manage strategy across multiple products and services.


In this role, you will:

  • Work closing with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and manage the marketing strategy for all segments of the business with a focus on delivering clear and measurable ROI
  • Plan and implement high impact, tightly integrated, cost effective lead and demand generation initiatives to accelerate pipeline growth across all segments of the business
  • Effectively communicate plans and vision to leadership and actively participate in the business planning and demand management
  • Manage and deliver high impact marketing activity, including digital deployments and events, collaborating across all teams  to align campaign strategy, messaging, tactics and executions including webinars, collateral, video production, presentations, email campaigns  
  • Work closely with strategic industry partners, professional associations and co-marketing partners to accelerate pipeline growth through thoughtful campaigns, relationship building activities and events
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop, execute and manage email campaigns including; planning, scheduling, testing, editing, and analyze impact and ROI
  • Manage Bluetent’s sponsorship and attendance of tradeshows and industry events including track lead generation efforts and ROI
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and manage editorial calendar including all marketing initiatives and travel
  • Manage website strategy for product and services, analyze reporting, and direct an overall brand and design strategy
  • Manage Bluetent’s client community strategy to accelerate internal lead generation


The skills/qualifications we are looking for are:

  • 5+ Years Experience in a marketing manager position
  • Reputation for producing real, measurable results and consistently exceeding business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to create uniquely crisp, compelling messaging for a range of products and services
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Extensive experience in B2B product and service sales
  • Background in product marketing and ad creation
  • Impeccable editing, grammar skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to achieve deadlines and work within editorial calendars
  • Curious and passionate about the vacation rental industry – experience is a plus
  • Ability to lead Bluetent’s brand strategy and voice
  • Desire and ability to work in a face-paced environment and flexible to changing marketing demands
  • Enjoy working on a team and has a willingness to jump in wherever needed
