Submitting a ticket is our preferred method of submitting support requests. However, you may still call and leave a voicemail; your message will be returned in the order in which it is received.

Please note that if you are wanting to report and have your issue investigated during non-business hours, it must fall into one of the categories below. After-hours support will be made available at Bluetent’s sole discretion and is generally reserved for critical outages. We will not be able to address any other categories after hours. Those will be assigned to a support representative the next business day.

- All or most listings are down
- All searches are not functioning
- Online booking on the website is not functioning
Emergency support is only available after-hours for severely degraded services related to Bluetent websites. We do not offer after-hours support for Rezfusion Boost (for connecting to Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
