Formed in 1998, Jackson Hole Resort Lodging manages a large vacation rental inventory throughout the premier mountain resort in Wyoming. The JHRL team offers resort guests diverse lodging opportunities from condominiums to luxury mountain chalets. Their staff is committed to assisting guests with local knowledge comprehensive vacation planning, and concierge services designed to enhance any trip in Jackson Hole.
Challenge
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging approached Bluetent to redevelop their online presence with seamless integration into their V12.NET Software. The objective was to increase direct bookings and guest purchases of lift tickets during the checkout process while simultaneously developing a beautiful, modern, responsive design that inspires and motivates travelers to book.
Solution
Bluetent’s team of engineers, creative UX/UI designers, and SEO experts developed JHRL’s new direct booking websites on the Rezfusion Pro platform. To drive adoption of lift tickets throughout the reservation funnel, Bluetent added vacation packaging capabilities. To increase direct bookings and revenue, Bluetent also added special offers providing JRHL with the ability to provide flexible discounts and specials on featured traveler dates, booking dates, specific units, and particular property types. The results were outstanding, and while partnering with Bluetent’s digital marketing team, they continue to see YoY growth since site launch.
