Our top recommendation for Boost™ users is pretty simple: log into your Boost™ account at least once per week.
Setting up a steady cadence of interacting with your Boost™ dashboard is key to success! And once you’ve logged into your account (ideally each week), we recommend you do the following:
- Make sure listings are live, active, and do not require further attention.
- Add additional description fields for Airbnb or Room configurations on the individual property level for both Airbnb and Booking.com —this will make your listings more robust!
- Take a look at incoming reservations and ensure your rates and fees are correct.
- Make pricing updates on listings or apply a property class with a lower rent adjustment to decrease pricing on listings that aren’t performing for you.
