We’ve embarked on yet another California Vacation Rental Managers Alliance road show and this time we’re headed north. The first stop was in a nice little town known as Monterey, where a wonderful company, Monterey Bay Property Management, put us up right on the water in a gorgeous 5-bedroom house. We had several property management companies show up for some wine, appetizers, and a little education and discussion on some of the important issues affecting local property management companies. Thanks to all that attended – it’s always nice to meet some new friends and shake hands with other familiar faces.
The following day we continued our journey north along scenic Highway 1 toward Sonoma. We just had to stop in San Francisco and swing by the Wharf for some clam chowder and fish ‘n chips! So tasty. Today we are holding our second meeting in yet another gorgeous house provided by a local company, Russian River Vacation Homes. We have quite a few companies showing up for what we expect to be a great meeting. Tomorrow it’s back to the mountains of South Lake Tahoe for our final event before heading home. Sounds like there is snow in the forecast so it should be an interesting drive up the hill! Look to hear how things ended up with even more pics of these wonderful locations!
