As a Boost™ user, how exactly can use set strategy pricing for summer bookings? By using the various rent adjustment fields in Boost™, you have the option to increase or decrease the rates provided by your PMS. By using dated rent adjustments, you can discount shoulder seasons or increase prices for desirable stay dates (like the summer season!). These adjustments can be set in Boost™ globally, in property groups, or on the unit level.


Let’s get started!

  • If reservations are trending below expectations, you have the ability to add Date Specific discounted rental adjustments along with Last Minute discounts to attract additional bookings.
  • For areas that are experiencing strong reservation builds, you are able to set strategic increase by also using Date Specific rent adjustments to maximize the revenue potential during this busy season!
